Colored steel sandwich panel is composited with double-layer color steel sheets and thermal insulation core materials by automatic production line.

It integrates load bearing, thermal insulation, fireproof and sound insulation performance. Light weight and fast on-site installation, widely used as enclosure materials for steel structure buildings.

Product Classification

Two main types based on core materials: EPS sandwich panel and rock wool sandwich panel.

EPS panel features excellent thermal insulation for general workshops and warehouses. Rock wool panel has outstanding fire resistance to meet fire protection standards for fire-sensitive buildings. Multiple profiles are available including lap joint roof panels, concealed joint roof panels and flat wall panels. Concealed type is equipped with secondary water channels for better roof waterproofing.

Technical Parameters

The sheet provides reference data including heat transfer coefficient, maximum purlin spacing and vertical load capacity, to select proper thickness according to span and load requirements.

Application & Customization

Suitable for walls and roofs of steel workshops, warehouses, clean rooms, cold storages and temporary buildings. Custom thickness, width and surface colors are available to meet different thermal insulation and fireproof requirements.
