High-frequency Welded H-beam
Product Overview
High-frequency welded H-beam is manufactured by high-frequency resistance continuous welding technology. Different from traditional submerged arc welded H-beam, it uses thermal effect generated by high-frequency current to realize self-fusion connection of steel strip edges for integrated forming. Flexible section sizes can be customized without mould opening, meeting diversified engineering requirements.
Key Advantages
- Excellent structural performance With large section moment of inertia and strong bending resistance, it is lighter in self-weight and can effectively reduce the total steel consumption of buildings.
- Flexible customized specifications The depth, flange width and thickness can be freely adjusted, not limited by fixed sizes of hot rolled sections.
- Stable welding quality Continuous and compact welding seam, low internal stress, flat appearance and good straightness, convenient for later processing and installation.
- High cost efficiency Lightweight design cuts transportation and hoisting costs. Continuous mass production shortens the lead time for large-scale projects.
Application
It is widely used as main beams, secondary beams and load-bearing columns for industrial workshops, steel warehouses, commercial buildings, multi-story frames, municipal supports and photovoltaic support systems.
